Rightora 的所有处理——压缩、转换格式、重命名、解压、提取文字、语音转文字等——全部在你的 Mac 本地完成，不上传任何文件，也不读取与当前操作无关的内容。我们没有账号体系。修改文件时先写入临时文件再原子替换，删除只走废纸篓。
Everything Rightora does — compressing, converting, renaming, extracting archives, recognising text, transcribing speech — runs locally on your Mac. No file is ever uploaded, and nothing outside the item you acted on is read. There is no account system. Edits are written to a temporary file and swapped atomically, and deletions only ever go to the Trash.
Finder 扩展只为构建右键菜单而获知你当前选中项的路径与类型，用于决定菜单里该出现哪些动作。这些信息不会被存储，也不会离开你的设备。
The Finder extension only learns the paths and types of the items you have selected, and only to decide which menu entries to show. That information is not stored and never leaves your device.
FFmpeg、pngquant、7-Zip、Ghostscript、pandoc 等可选组件由你主动点击安装，安装时从各开源项目的官方发布地址下载，并在安装前校验 SHA-256。这些组件同样在本机运行，不会把你的文件发往任何地方。
Optional components such as FFmpeg, pngquant, 7-Zip, Ghostscript and pandoc are installed only when you choose to. They are downloaded from each project's official release location and verified against their SHA-256 before installation, and they likewise run locally without sending your files anywhere.
激活、授权校验与试用期同步时，我们的服务器仅处理你的邮箱地址、订单号、一个随机生成的设备标识，以及一个由硬件标识经单向哈希得到的匿名锚值（用于防止重复试用与统计装机转化，无法反推出硬件信息）。非中国区订单由收款代理 Paddle.com 处理，付款信息由 Paddle 直接收取，我们不会接触你的支付凭据，详见 Paddle 隐私政策；中国区微信支付订单仅处理支付所必需的信息。
For activation, license checks and trial sync our server processes only your email address, order number, a randomly generated device identifier, and an anonymous one-way hash derived from a hardware identifier (used to prevent repeat trials and to count installs; the hardware identifier cannot be recovered from it). Orders outside China are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com — payment details are collected directly by Paddle and never reach us (see Paddle's privacy policy). WeChat Pay orders in China process only what the payment itself requires.
当你从右键菜单调起 Shotora 截图或 AppPermit 防护时，目标应用会记录一条不含文件名与路径的调用统计（来源应用、动作名与上述匿名锚值），用于了解两款应用之间的使用情况。
When you launch Shotora or AppPermit from the menu, the target app records a single usage entry containing the source app, the action name and the anonymous anchor above — never file names or paths.
应用会向我们的服务器匿名检查新版本（Sparkle 机制）。该请求不包含任何个人信息，你也可以在偏好设置中关闭自动检查。
The app anonymously checks our server for new versions (via Sparkle). The request carries no personal information, and automatic checks can be turned off in Preferences.
